REGULATIONS AND SECURITY
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we invite you to review our rules. Playing with respect is part of the adventure.
Supervision and Responsibility
- All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their time in the park.
- The park is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Age and Designated Areas
- Play areas are divided by age to ensure the safety of all children.
- Children must remain in areas appropriate to their age and developmental level.
Use of Facilities
- The use of non-slip socks is mandatory within play areas.
- Running in common areas or climbing on structures not intended for climbing is not allowed.
- Food and drinks are not permitted inside play areas.
Behavior
- Rough play, pushing, fighting, or inappropriate language is not allowed.
- Respect, inclusion, and cooperation among children are encouraged.
Hygiene and Health
- Children with visible symptoms of illness (fever, cough, vomiting, etc.) will not be allowed entry.
- Hand sanitizer must be used upon entering and leaving the park (available in various areas).
- Bathroom use must be supervised in the case of young children.
Food and Beverages
- Food consumption is only allowed in designated areas.
- The park offers healthy options; outside snacks are not permitted without authorization (except in cases of allergies with prior notice).
General Safety
- Facilities are inspected daily by trained staff.
- In case of emergency, staff are trained in first aid and evacuation procedures.
- The park is equipped with security cameras and clearly marked emergency exits.
